Overview:
The Bloody Knife plugin adds a unique visual and sound effect when a player gets a kill with a knife.
Once a player successfully lands a knife attack, their knife model changes to a bloody version, and a creepy Chucky doll laugh sound effect plays.
The knife stays bloody until the round ends (if configured) or until the player respawns.
This plugin enhances the gameplay by making the knife more engaging, both visually and audibly, creating a spooky and thrilling atmosphere when players get a kill using the knife.
Features:
Bloody Knife Effect: When a player stabs an enemy, their knife changes to a bloody version.
Creepy Sound Effect: Upon hitting an enemy with a knife, a Chucky doll laugh sound (misc/chucky.wav) is played, adding to the horror vibe.
Round-Based Reset (Optional): A cvar allows automatic resetting of the bloody knife effect at the end of each round.
Model Change on Knife Kill: The player's knife model changes to one of two different versions — a regular one and a bloody one, which are switched based on whether the player has made a kill or not.
Knife Reset on Round End: If configured, the plugin resets all players' knives to non-bloody at the beginning of each round, keeping the gameplay fair.
Cvars (Configuration):
bk_enabled <1|0> → Enables (1) or disables (0) the plugin functionality.
bk_rndreset <0|1> → If set to 1, resets all players' knives to non-bloody at the start of each round.
This setup gives you control over whether the plugin is active and whether the knife effect resets each round.
